Do I need an app?
No. You install the eSIM from your phone's settings and manage your balance on this website.
How is data charged?
Your USD balance is charged for the data you use, at the rate of the local network. Usage reports from the network can take 10 to 15 minutes to appear.
Can I share or transfer my balance?
No. Each balance belongs to one account and can't be transferred or withdrawn.
